A. If you're Paying with Cash

Cash Payments are available for all DMCI Homes Projects. These are defined as full payment within 30 days from date of reservation. There is no down payment requirement for cash payments. Once you have paid the reservation fee you may proceed to the documentation of your purchase and unit.

Our In- House Financing scheme is designed to give clients an easy way to purchase a DMCI Homes property without having to go through an external entity, our schemes are easy on the pocket and gives clients manageable terms and conditions when paying for their homes.
